Send a one-time payment link after accepting an inquiry, or arrange payment directly with the client.
Online collection is optional
After accepting and contacting a prospect, you can create a one-time paid consultation or project-start deposit. StudioAddress provides the client payment link and keeps the request and paid status together. You may instead arrange payment directly with the client outside StudioAddress.
Fees apply only to StudioAddress payments
Free charges a 2% fee and Plus charges a 1% fee only when the client pays through the StudioAddress link. Stripe processing is separate. The reviewed request records the purpose, amount, currency, payer, fee, refund terms, and expiry.
Keep large retainers, milestones, procurement money, vendor funds, and contractor payments in the system you already use.
