Review project fit
An inquiry includes the project type, location, what the prospect wants to change, timing, budget range, and contact details. Property type, phone, and who else is involved appear only when the studio asks for them.
Keep the outcome history
Move the inquiry through New, Reviewing, Accepted, Declined, Contacted, Deposit sent, Deposit paid, Won, or Lost only when that event happens. StudioAddress retains the history so later reporting can connect the source to the outcome.
